“In fact, the team owner hopped a plane in Detroit Tuesday morning for a 1 hour, 40 minute flight down to Concord (N.C.) Regional Airport. But it wasn’t just any airplane that took Roush to North Carolina: No, Roush flew himself to North Carolina in a World War II vintage P-51D Mustang fighter plane.”
