This Ford Mustang Phase 1 Supercharger Kit by ROUSH is calibrated to deliver 575 HP and 505 FT/LB of torque to the 2011-2014 Ford Mustang 5.0L 4v V8 powertrain, an increase of 155 HP and 115 FT/LB over stock Mustang.
The ROUSH 2011-2014 5.0L Ford Mustang Phase 1 Calibrated Supercharger Kit is part of the TVS (Twin Vortices Series) line of superchargers developed by ROUSH that have raised the bar for performance and reliability. The TVS supercharger is the same line that has been used and proven for years in ROUSH-built Ford Mustangs.
The ROUSH R2300 supercharger features Eaton's new cutting edge Twin Vortices Series technology (TVS) rotating assembly that delivers more power and better fuel economy in a smaller package for uncompromising performance.
The ROUSH R2300 TVS supercharger is a roots-type, positive displacement supercharger that features twin four-lobe rotors that are twisted 160-degrees.
By comparison, the original Eaton supercharger rotating assembly featured three lobes twisted 60 degrees. The fourth lobe and added twist, when combined with NEWLY redesigned air inlet and outlet ports, greatly enhance thermal efficiency, deliver higher volumetric capacity, enable higher operating speeds, creates a smoother, more efficient flow of air into the engine and has improved noise and vibration characteristics.
Unlike turbo-charging, the ROUSH R2300 TVS supercharger provides instant throttle response and can generate increased power through the engine’s entire powerband.

Tons of power and great driveability

I was looking for a big performance upgrade for my 5.0L Mustang. This kit definitely delivered. The only part for me to work on now is my self control in coming off the light.

This kit produces solid gains in output, both in the low-end as well as the high. As the RPMs climb, the power just keeps throwing you back in your seat.

I've been around the Mustang supercharger market for a while now. I've modified Mustangs going back to the 1980s, and one thing that I'm very happy about with this kit is the whole package. Not only does it give an increase to power, but it comes with a fantastic warranty and it is very driveable in all the conditions that I've had it in.

The kit is amazing! drives like it is completely stock. It is a great feeling when you smack around a Z06 and they never even hear the blower. This kit is amazingly quiet. I have thoroughly enjoy the responsiveness when I want it and the drive-ability and reliability that comes with this great product. The car gets 24 MPG and will outrun and out handle any car in its price point. All this and it is still under warranty!

I have a 2012 Mustang GT/CS and I recently purchased and installed the 575 HP supercharger kit. The installation went easy and the results are just crazy. The car has tons of power all the way through the RPM range. The installation of the supercharger kit did not effect the driveability of the car. In fact I think the car drives better now than before. Gas mileage has improved (as long as you keep your right foot off the floor.) No issues with engine heat, can drive in traffic or take the car on a long trip. This car is not my daily driver but it could be if i wanted to drive it daily. I would recommend this kit to anyone who wants to turn their Mustang into a world class performance car. I've had a lot of performance cars in my time but this one if the best so far! Thanks to Roush for engineering such a nice performance upgrade kit!
