Roush Supercharger Upgrade Performance
By Lynn Burkhart Jr. October 15th, 2012
I recently purchased the new Roush supercharge upgrade and received it last week. After the mechanic installed the upgrade, he took it out for a checkout spin. Coming from the shop grinning, he said "This is not the same car you drove in here." I thought "Come on, its only a few more hp, so how much different can it be? I probably wont even notice it." I was wrong. He drove the car out with me in the passenger seat and I was pretty much pushed back in the seat until about 65 mph. If I woud have been blindfolded, I really would have thought it was a different vehicle, the performance increase being that much superior to the standard 575 hp. Well, the mechanic said this car was "strong". Roush engineering and attention to detail continues to impress me. The handling and cornering combined with the extra hp makes this a car a keeper! Definitely would recommend this upgrade to anyone considering a supercharger!
Woke up customer's 5XR

I installed this upgrade for a customer on his 5XR, and what a difference it made in the car's performance! Strong out of the hole, pulled right through to redline - while making 10lbs of boost. A full throttle push in 3rd gear while rolling made the car skittish - what a rush!

I didnt know what it was like to be truly thrown back in my seat until I upgraded my 575 with this 625 kit. WOW
