Bling Your 'Stang With New ROUSH Billet Parts

LIVONIA, Mich. (August 3, 2006) - In today's popular culture to "bling" something means to dress it up in a flashy manner.  ROUSH Performance has just added an extensive new line of billet aluminum parts that can be used to "bling" up your Ford Mustang.

Billet_smMany of the billet parts will be available either "with" or "without" the famous ROUSH logo, offering multiple choices for personalizing your ride.  They will be introduced in phases and eventually parts will be available for 1979-2007 Mustangs.

Billet parts are highly sought after because they are constructed from a solid piece of aluminum thus retaining their strength and durability.  Each part is cut on a state-of-the-art computerized CNC machine with exacting tolerances.

The first phase of ROUSH billet parts will be available exclusively for the 2005 and 2006 Mustangs, and includes the following ten items:

- Radiator Cap (with or without the ROUSH logo)
Oil Cap (with or without the ROUSH logo)
Strut Tower Cap Kit (with or without the ROUSH logo)
Automatic shifter Bezel Kit (with or without the ROUSH logo)
Diamond Knurl A/C Knobs (with or without the ROUSH logo)

The second phase, which will be available shortly, includes the following pieces: Convertible and Hardtop Door Panel Window Switch Plates, Door Lock Pins, Cruise Control Switches, Turn Signal Covers, Tilt Steering Levers, and Strut Tower Cap Kits for earlier model vehicles.

The ROUSH billet aluminum parts can all be polished to maintain their luster, and suggested retail prices start at .99.  More information can be found online at or by calling (800) 59-ROUSH.

"Due to the incredible popularity of the Mustang for so many years there are a lot of them on the road and many people are searching for ways to help their ride visually stand out from the pack," said Ryan Bunn, ROUSH Performance parts marketing manager.  "While some will opt for something major like the ROUSH Mustang body kits, we have found there are a lot of people who would prefer smaller changes or items they can enjoy while sitting inside the car.  The ROUSH billet parts line will offer something for everyone to mix-and-match the trim upgrades to truly customize their Mustang into a one-of-a-kind vehicle at a very reasonable price point."

For the ultimate in eye-candy, consider adding a polished ROUSHcharger* under the hood.  In addition to the 115 horsepower gain and the industry's leading warranty, the gleam from this intercooled supercharger will draw a crowd every time you pop open the hood on your 2005-2006 Mustang.  The new polished ROUSHcharger* kit (part number 401981) carries a suggested retail price of and is now available.
