The main components of this 50-state legal blower kit include a ROUSH® M90 Roots-style supercharger, intake manifold, air-to-water intercooler system, 73mm supercharger pulley (generating 5 PSI of boost), and high-flow fuel injectors and induction system. In addition to this hardware, the key to maximizing performance is the upgraded ROUSH® PCM calibration. ROUSH® goes to great lengths to develop calibrations for its ROUSHchargers® that provide industry-leading reliability, performance, and engine durability across the gamut of environmental and load conditions. No other competitive system has the same level of refinement.
The system features a newly-designed ROUSH® cold air induction tube and air intake box cover. This system provides improved thermal isolation for increased power, as well as an upgraded engine bay appearance. A new feature of all 2010 Mustang ROUSHchargers® is the plug-and-play jumper harness. What this means is that the wiring of this system has just become dramatically easier and less time consuming to install. No wire splicing is required -- simply connect wiring with user-friendly jacks. All necessary hardware, brackets, fasteners, and instructions are included with this product.
