ROUSH Products to be Featured in Michigan TV Series (Car and Driver)

"The state of Michigan offers significant tax breaks to any motion picture that is filmed within its borders, which explains the multitude of new movies that have been shot in the state—Clive Owen has been spotted shooting just miles from our Ann Arbor offices. Among the films planned for local production is a TV series that will partner with local tuner Roush Performance. Not only will the show be filmed around Detroit, but it will showcase a Detroit-built car tuned by a Michigan company.

"The show is called The Wannabes and, thanks to the Roush partnership, is slated to feature the Roush Ford Mustang 427R in 'a recurring role.' That’s the same Mustang that hit 60 mph in just 4.7 seconds with testing equipment strapped to it. Roush is also supplying the production crew with some of its propane-fueled Ford trucks, and it just so happens that we have one of those in our fleet right now that we’ll tell you more about soon."
