The Roush Automotive Collection is pleased to announce the third Open House event scheduled for the 2016 summer season to be held on Thursday, August 25th, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Activities planned for the Open House event include a Roush Fenway driver autograph session, car cruise-in, Roush 40th Anniversary celebration, Roush Performance factory tours, drag race simulator, mustang pinball machine, door prize drawings, and a Roush engine build competition. Note: This event is not the same week as the Woodward Dream Cruise due to the Roush drivers being in town the following week for the Michigan International Speedway race.
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race car drivers Greg Biffle, Chris Buescher, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., and Trevor Bayne, as well as team owner Jack Roush, will be on hand to meet fans and sign autographs from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Autograph session times and appearances may be subject to change. Autograph session line procedures: There will be two lines. Jack Roush will be in Line 1 that requires a wristband. Greg Biffle, Chris Buescher, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., and Trevor Bayne will be in Line 2 that requires a separate wristband. Choose one of the lines to receive a wristband for. Limit 1 wristband per person. Once you get a wristband, you cannot switch lines. Wristbands will be passed out beginning at 4:30 p.m. to those in line. 75 wristbands will be passed out beginning at 4:30 p.m. to those in line 1 and 175 wristbands for those in line 2 (250 total). Wristbands do not guarantee a signature. Limit 1 item per driver. Limit 1 item for Jack Roush. Line procedures may be subject to change. There is no cost for the wristbands or the autograph session. This event is free and open to the public. No preregistration required for the open house, cruise-in, engine build, or autograph session.
Car Cruisers are invited to bring their classic and special interest vehicles for display in our parking lot and all along Market Street in the designated areas from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is no preregistration or charge for the car cruise-in, and it is a rain or shine event.

Sign up to tour the ROUSH Performance Facility which is separate from the Roush Collection Museum. Shuttles leave from the Roush Collection to transport guests to the ROUSH Performance Facility where they can see firsthand what goes into producing a ROUSH Mustang and F-150. Tours will be held at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tours are typically 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes in length. Seating is limited to 20 people per time slot; to ensure your place on the shuttle please preregister by calling 734-779-7290.
The Roush Automotive Collection Retail Store & Museum will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for your shopping needs and for free self-led tours. Come early & get what you need for the autograph session or to walk around the museum.
A selection of authentic race car parts are available for purchase. A drag race simulator will also be available to test your reaction time. See if you have what it takes to be a drag racer! Try out our new Mustang pinball machine: 50 cents for 1 play and $1 for 3 plays.
A series of door prize drawings are held throughout the evening. Drawings will be held at 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. Door prize giveaways include a pair of MIS Grandstand seat tickets for the Pure Michigan 400 on August 28th 2016. Additional door prize giveaways include a variety of ROUSH Fenway memorabilia. Contestants must be present to win. One entry per person per night. Free to enter! Multiple entries in door prize drawing will lead to disqualification for all prizes.
Two teams from the Roush Engine Build Department will compete side-by-side to see who can execute a complete engine build-up, including a live test run, in the quickest time. The engine build competition will start at 6 p.m. in the front parking lot. With all this fun, you’ll be sure to work up an appetite, so a local vendor will be selling hot dogs, ice cream, chips, soda, and water.
Designated parking will be available around the Roush Automotive Collection and is free. The Roush Automotive Collection is located at 11851 Market Street,Livonia, MI 48150. Market Street is north of Plymouth Road between Newburgh and Levan Road.
