The ROUSH Performance Pac Level 1 and Performance Pac Level 2 for your 2019-2020 Ford Ranger includes a 3-year/36,000 mile limited ROUSH powertrain warranty and all of our components in the Performance Pacs are designed using OEM CAD data to ensure perfect fitment. They are also 50-State emissions-legal on 2019-2020 2.3L Ford Rangers.
ROUSH Performance Pac - Level 1 - 2019-2020 Ford Ranger
The 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Performance Pac Level 1 increases your 2.3L EcoBoost® engine's performance by 47 RWHP and 65 lb-ft RWTQ at 3750 RPM. It has been engineered to deliver trademark ROUSH power and performance in an easy-to-install kit.
The kit includes a ROUSH Cold Air Induction Kit and ROUSH Performance Engine Calibration. The Cold Air Induction Kit greatly improves airflow with reduced intake restriction over the stock air induction system. It also retains the stock airbox snorkel to allow you to still maintain the factory water fording capabilities. The included high-flow air filter is much larger than the factory filter, is washable and does not require oiling.
The ROUSH Calibration has been engineered to be compatible with premium pump gas (optimized for 93 octane fuel) so you don't have to worry about getting special fuel for maximum performance. By increasing the throttle and boost mapping, our engineers have developed the ROUSH calibration to increase horsepower, torque and throttle response throughout the RPM range.
ROUSH Performance Pac - Level 2 - 2019-2020 Ford Ranger
The ROUSH Performance Pac Level 2 includes everything from the Performance Pac 1 and adds our ROUSH Cat-Back Exhaust System. With the added horsepower under the hood, we had to give the Ford Ranger an aggressive exhaust tone.
The cat-back exhaust system is made from high-quality, mandrel-bent stainless steel to ensure consistent flow and durability. Our system replaces the single tip exhaust system with polished stainless steel dual exhaust tips branded with the iconic Square "R" ROUSH logo. It also uses the existing OEM hangers to make installation smooth and simple with no added modifications.
