First look: The 2018 ROUSH F-250

ROUSH Performance is excited to share the first pictures of the newest truck to the ROUSH vehicle lineup*. For the first time ever, ROUSH Performance welcomes the Ford Super Duty to the 2018 ROUSH family, which includes ROUSH Mustangs, the ROUSH Raptor, and the ROUSH F-150.

The ROUSH F-250 is built on the all-new aluminum 2018 F-250 Super Duty, and has been designed to emphasize its best features through body, suspension, wheel and tire, and appearance modifications. Improved airflow through the new ROUSH F-250’s grille with integrated clearance lighting allows the truck’s engine to breathe freely, and showcases a menacing, aggressive front bumper cover.

The ROUSH Super Duty has been built to ensure that whether you are hauling materials to a job site, a race car to the track, or ATVs to the dunes, you'll enjoy the ride, and turn heads along the way.

The ROUSH F-250 maintains Ford's capabilities in towing and payload – an important feature for those who plan on using their F-250 as a workhorse. Modifications from ROUSH are designed to work together and are backed by a warranty. Do you need to tow a boat, side-by-side, or camper? The ROUSH F-250 will handle your towing needs with ease, and look good doing it.

ROUSH has taken the most popular F-250 modifications and made them work together with a pre-titled FMVSS level of certification for safety and handling.

Each component on the ROUSH F-250 was selected to maintain OE capabilities - right down to the lug nuts. For example, typical aftermarket wheels utilize a conical style lug nut, which lacks the same clamping load as a washer-style lug nut with flat load bearing surfaces. While conical lug nuts are cheaper, ROUSH follows Ford in featuring washer-style lug nuts to ensure safety and OE capabilities.

A ROUSH/Fox 2.0 shock upgrade offers suspension leveling at 1.5-inches, and allows for larger ROUSH 20-inch wheels and BFGoodrich KO2 All-Terrain 35.3-inch tires. The wheels feature integrated bead protection, with black and grey rings provided. Body color-matched fender flares with integrated clearance lighting, a ROUSH graphics package, and interior treatments complete the transformation.

The 2018 ROUSH F-250 will be available with Ford’s diesel powertrain. It will be sold exclusively through ROUSH Vehicle dealers located throughout the country and internationally. Vehicle order banks are open now!

SIDE NOTE: ROUSH and the National Mustang Racers Association (NMRA) have teamed up to designate the 2018 ROUSH F-250 as the Official Tow Vehicle of the NMRA for the 2018 racing season. The truck will be on display at each NMRA race in Brenspeed’s booth on the manufacturers’ midway, so don’t forget to stop by and check it out!
