CCPA PRIVACY POLICY

The California Consumer Privacy Act is a new law that went into effect Jan. 1, 2020 and gives California residents additional data privacy rights. We have updated our privacy policy to comply with these new requirements.

California Users:

ROUSH does not sell the personal information of California residents to any third parties.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with additional specific rights regarding their personal information:

  • - Right to Access: You have the right to request access to any of your personal information we have collected over the past 12 months. For more information on what we collect and how we use it, see: What We Collect To opt-in/out of data collection, please go to our Cookies page.
  • - Right to Delete: You have the right to ask us to delete personal information we have collected on you over the past 12 months.

California users may make a request by contacting us at rppcustomerservice@roush.com. We will need your name and the email address associated with ROUSH to verify your request and may also ask for additional information if necessary to verify your identity.

We will confirm receipt of your request and provide a response to you within 45 days of your request, though in some exceptional cases it could take up to 60 days. (If that happens, we will let you know.) Please note that these rights are limited (e.g. where fulfilling your request would adversely affect other individuals or where we have a conflicting legal obligation).

You have the right to request this information in an accessible alternative format. If you would like to access this privacy policy in an alternative format, please contact us by email at rppcustomerservice@roush.com or mail at the following address: 28208 Plymouth Rd., Suite S, Livonia, MI 48150

ROUSH will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
